Terms & Conditions – Mom’s Dry Deli

Welcome to the Terms & Conditions page of Mom’s Dry Deli. By placing an order with Mom’s Dry Deli, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before making any purchase.

1. Order Processing & Delivery
• Once your order is confirmed, Mom’s Dry Deli will aim to deliver the product(s) within 6–7 business days (unless otherwise specified).
• If we are unable to deliver your order within this timeframe due to internal issues or logistics constraints, we will initiate a full refund of the product cost.
• Delivery timelines may be impacted by external factors such as public holidays, strikes, or transportation delays; in such cases, we will notify you at the earliest.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
• In the unlikely event that your delivered product is found damaged or defective (internally damaged, spoiled, broken packaging, etc.), you are eligible for a refund.
• To claim a refund, you must report the issue to us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product, along with Video evidence of damage.
• Once the claim is verified, we will initiate a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) to the original payment mode.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges
• Please note that shipping charges are not included in the product price. Shipping costs will be calculated separately during checkout and borne by the customer.
• For returns or replacements (in case of damage), unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer or as per our damage-claim policy.

4. Refunds & Payment
• Any refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 business days after the request is approved. The actual timing depends on the payment method and banking partner.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage claim is not substantiated with evidence, or if the request is made after the allowed time window.

5. Cancellation Policy
• You may request cancellation of an order only until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse or processing center.
• Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; you may instead apply our damage/return policy if there is a problem with the delivered item.

6. Liability & Limitation
• Mom’s Dry Deli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the particular product in question.

7. Changes to Terms
• Mom’s Dry Deli reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use or purchase after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of  India without regard to conflict of law provisions.
• Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your purchase shall be resolved by Consumer Court
