- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders received after 5:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Duration
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Approximate delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
(Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.)
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be charged and displayed at checkout.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling fee as per courier policy.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

If your package is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or courier issues:

- Re-delivery may be arranged after confirmation, subject to additional shipping charges if applicable.
