Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

At MomsDryDeli, we strive to bring you wholesome, nutritious products crafted with care and passion. We understand the importance of your satisfaction—and your trust—and so we offer this Refund & Return Policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if all of the following are true:

  • The product was purchased from MomsDryDeli via our website.
  • The request is made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.
  • You include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

3. When Returns Are Not Accepted

Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds in these cases:

  • Perishable food items that have been opened, consumed or whose packaging is tampered with.
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or specially discounted beyond standard sale offers.
  • Items returned after 24 Hours from delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or in compromised condition.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our customer-care team at jhinku25@gmail.com or call 9873821111 within the eligibility window.
  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
  3. You’ll receive confirmation of your request and further instructions on how to send the product back.

5. Shipping the Return

  • Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging.
  • Please ship the return within 7 days of our approval.
  • Use a reliable courier/tracking service, and retain the tracking details until your return is processed.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using your original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, or bank transfer).
  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error.

7. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different variety or size (subject to availability):

  • Contact us within the eligibility window.
  • Once the original item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the exchange.
    The exchange/replacement products will be delivered within 7-9 days.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective or spoiled:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange either a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or original payment source.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Return Policy. Any changes will be posted here with the revised date. Your continued use of our site after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
